Well, we are just about at the end of the non-conference season, and it's now time for the blood-and-guts conference beat-downs.
As we hit 2008, here are my top 5 teams in college hoops.
1. North Carolina- we will find out how good they are as the ACC gets underway
2. Memphis- they could make a serious run at an undefeated regular season
3. Kansas- will Bill Self finally quiet the Illini-nation?
4. Washington State- Bennett is a miracle worker. They will fall, but props for the start.
5. Michigan State- Not sure how good they are, but I gave them the nod over UCLA
